I am so thankful that I picked Zack Chico to be my Realtor. He is very kind and very professional. He helped us, guided us, taught us how we can sell our first home. To all our questions, concerns, paper works, staging, pictures and even drones the whole house and the house looks amazing and very spacious. The house is very inviting and relaxing to start the family. Zack and his team did a great and amazing job. It was perfect... After a day of open house it got sold in a day and not only that it got sold above asking price. The whole process goes very smoothly. AWESOME JOB!!!!. I really can't thank him enough for all he did for us. No stress !!! No problems at all. And !!! Yes of course I will recommend him to my family and friends. In fact he is helping my Brother in law to sell his house. Zack and his team, thank you so much for everything.

Zack Chico has not only become our realtor, but also our friend throughout this process. He is personable, relatable, friendly, hospitable, supportive, encouraging, responsive, approachable, knowledgeable, professional, transparent (and honest), etc. I could go on and on about how he made this experience much more meaningful and pleasant. My husband and I truly appreciate all he did, and for sticking with us from the very beginning. He is awesome, and I definitely recommend him to anyone who's looking to buy a home!
